Business & Administration Level 2 & 3
The aim of the Business Administration Qualifications is to provide essential skills such as working and improving performance within a business environment to your staff. The qualification aims to develop skills of your employees, which will have a better impact on your office support.
The qualification will help your employees to manage their workload, solve problems, handle information and use the appropriate communication methods within a business environment.
The level 2 qualification in Business administration is aimed at learners working within a business and administration role who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in a variety of work environments and sectors.
The level 3 qualification in Business administration is aimed at learners in a senior business administration role. It aims to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding across a range of administrative practices and tasks, e.g. managing information.
