QTS-Global Ltd is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and privacy of individuals, including learners, staff and all others that we work with, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
QTS-Global Ltd needs to process certain information about the learners, staff and other individuals it has dealings with, for administrative purposes, e.g. to administer courses and training, to record training progress, to upload DSA database and to comply with our legal obligations.
To comply with the law, information about individuals must be collected and used fairly, stored safely and securely and not disclosed to any third party unlawfully.
This policy covers the provisions of the Equality Act which became law in October 2010.
The Equality Act harmonises and replaces previous legislation (such as the Race Relations Act 1976 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995) and ensures consistency in what QTS-Global Limited must do to comply with the Law.

We are committed in following up-to-date practices that protect Young People and Vulnerable Adults from abuse, exploitation, bullying neglect and self-harm in relation to training provision funded by the Education Skills Funding Agency.
QTS-Global Ltd ensures the board of directors, senior managers and staff recognise and accept their responsibility to develop the awareness of the risks and issues involved in safeguarding and are clear on how to identify and report any incidents.
The company is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance, integrity and business ethics, and expects all staff to report any knowledge or genuine suspicion of any impropriety or wrong doing within the company.
This policy sets out arrangements for individuals to raise serious concerns about malpractice or wrongdoing in ways which will protect them from reprisal.
The Board of QTS-Global Ltd has endorsed this policy and expects all staff to recognise their rights and responsibilities with regard to the reporting of serious concerns about malpractice or wrongdoing.
Advanced learner loans are available for individuals aged 19 or above to undertake approved qualifications at levels 3 to level 6, at an approved provider in England.
Advanced learner loans give individuals access to financial support for tuition costs similar to that available in higher education and are administered by Student Finance England.
