Apprenticeships

A real job, with real training, meaning that you can earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification. You will gain hands-on experience in the industry you choose.

The minimum wage for an apprentice is £4.15 (under 19 years old or in first year of training) but some employers will pay substantially more. Many school leavers decide to enrol on an apprenticeship, but apprenticeships are available across a huge range of industries and range from level 2 to degree level.

If you would like to find out more about what apprenticeships are available visit www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship.

Employers

Anyone in your organisation can enrol onto an apprenticeship where there is a need within the business and where additional skills and knowledge will be achieved.

We believe that by training and upskilling your workforce, you will provide employees with a diverse skill set which maximises work productivity and enables people to perform better in their jobs.

QTS Global will work with you to design bespoke programmes that help you reach your wider business objectives. Whether you are taking on a new apprentice or up-skilling existing staff, our experienced team can help you find the right training for you. If you would like to find out more about taking on an apprentice, visit www.gov.uk/take-on-an-apprentice. To discuss your training needs further, please contact us on 01677 470900 or email us at enquiries@qts-global.co.uk

Are you a Levy payer?

If you are an employer with a pay bill over £3 million each year, QTS-Global may be able to help deliver your apprenticeship training.
